30 day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason within 30 days after your account activation you are not satisfied with our service we will refund your charges 100%. This refund is not including any overages of your hosting account, domain registration fee, add-ons (additional IP address, bandwidth & disk space) and SSL certificates which are not refundable. Any abuse and illegal activities also excluded from this money back guarantee.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
ServMap's SLA ensures Internet connectivity is provided to our customers 99.9% of the time and, as set forth below; We will credit Customer's account for the next billing period if ServMap fails to meet this Uptime Guarantee during any given calendar month. At the customer's request, We will calculate the unavailability within a calendar month. This consists of the number of minutes that the network was not available online, but will not include unavailability which is not reported within five days, or any unavailability resulting from:
- Scheduled Maintenance
- Equipment failure
- Customer's applications or equipment
Each month consisting of less than 99.9% uptime will result in credit of the hosting fees, applicable to the next calendar month's fees. Customer accounts in arrears are not eligible for any SLA credit.

We can guarantee that our technical support department will be available to you twenty for hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year to answer your support ticket. Our guarantee is your support tickets will be responded by a real support within 24 hours upon postings. This guarantee applies to support request submitted through our support ticket system.
