Do you have an uptime guarantee?

Answer ServMap's SLA ensures Internet connectivity is provided to our customers 99.9% of the time and, as set forth below; We will credit Customer's account for the next billing period if ServMap fails to meet this Uptime Guarantee during any given calendar month. At the customer's request, We will calculate the unavailability within a calendar month. This consists of the number of minutes that the network was not available online, but will not include unavailability which is not reported within five days, or any unavailability resulting from:
  1. Scheduled Maintenance
  2. Equipment failure
  3. Customer's applications or equipment

Each month consisting of less than 99.9% uptime will result in credit of the hosting fees, applicable to the next calendar month's fees. Customer accounts in arrears are not eligible for any SLA credit.

99.9% and above Guaranteed, 0% of Monthly Fee
99.8% - 95% 10% of Monthly Fee
94.9% - 90% 50% of Monthly Fee
89.9% and below 100% of Monthly Fee
